What are the Guidelines to our Drop Off Locations

We are proud to partner with third-party local businesses across Ontario, offering more Canadians access to ShipShop. While these are drop-off locations only, and not affiliated with ShipShop, customers may be subject to fees for using these services. High-volume shippers can contact us to see if they qualify for pick-up directly from their warehouse location.


To use our drop-off locations:


1. Ensure packages are in ready-to-ship condition, and that all packages with postage from a third-party have their tracking number inputted in the system. This applies to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon FBA shipments.


2. Check the cut-off time for each drop-off location if you require same-day pick-up. West-end locations will be daily, Hamilton Mon-Fri 1pm, Kitchener Mon-Fri 2pm, and Toronto (East & Midtown) every day Mon-Fri with a cut-off time of 3pm.


3. Notify the store staff that your packages are for ShipShop


4. To save time and money, try to consolidate packages. The store will provide bags for multiple items at no cost.
